PHASE 1 – STRATEGIC TRAINING
An intensive program structured around seven one-hour strategic sessions, delivered individually (one-on-one), with three hours (non-cumulative) of support allocated to each session, and six months of entrepreneurial mentorship.
Each session is recorded, allowing participants to review it at their convenience.
The group (one-to-many) format is available only upon specific request.
Topics covered:
• Entrepreneurial mindset and post-career transition.
• Building a viable business model.
• Market research (France-Africa/DRC)
• Developing a structured and fundable business plan.
• Legal and financial structuring.
• Sales strategy and development.
• Strategic personal branding and image monetization.
The central pillar remains entrepreneurial branding:
• Audit and structuring of the personal brand.
• Differentiating positioning and strategic storytelling.
• Digital strategy and influencer marketing.
• Monetization (sponsorship, licensing, products, appearances, partnerships)
• Growth marketing and conversion optimization.
Objective: to transform sports reputation into a structured economic asset.
PHASE 2 – OPERATIONAL SUPPORT (12 TO 24 MONTHS)
Personalized support to move from strategy to execution.
• Creation of a holding company in France and an operational entity in the DRC.
• Optimized legal and tax structuring
• Investor-ready business plan.
• Access to financing and negotiation.
• Operational launch and initial clients.
• KPI monitoring and performance management.
• Growth, expansion, and sustainability strategies.
